We ship to several countries through our partner carriers.
Shipping conditions, delivery times, and availability may vary depending on the destination.
However, there are rural or hard-to-reach areas where courier companies may have restrictions, longer delivery times, or even not operate directly.
In these cases, the customer may need to pick up the package at a nearby carrier branch.
We reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund if the courier company reports that delivery to the address provided is impossible.
Occasionally, free shipping promotions may apply, which will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

If the package cannot be delivered due to absence from the address, incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible address, or if the customer does not pick up the order at the branch when requested, the product will be automatically returned to our logistics center.
In such cases:
The store is not responsible for delays, returns, or losses caused by errors in delivery information or by the customer's absence.
The estimated delivery time is 7 to 45 business days, counted from the date of shipment (not the purchase date). This time is an estimate and may vary depending on location, weather, operational, or logistical conditions beyond our control.
Payment confirmation may take between 1 and 3 business days, depending on the payment method used (card, OXXO, SPEI, PayPal, etc.).
Once payment is confirmed, the order enters the preparation and logistics process.
The customer will receive the tracking number within 8 business days by email to the contact provided at the time of purchase.
The tracking number may take a while to appear in the carrier's system even after it has been shipped.

It is important that the customer checks the package at the time of delivery.
If the packaging shows visible damage or signs of tampering, we recommend that you refuse delivery and notify our Customer Service team immediately.
If the order is received without any objections at the time of delivery, it will be assumed that it was received in adequate condition.
