Terms of Service

This document governs the general terms and conditions for the use of the website and the purchase of products offered by Femmah. By using our digital sales channels, the customer agrees to these terms.

I. Confidentiality

The Store is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all data and information provided by the customer during the purchasing process. Site security is regularly audited and protected by updated systems.

II. Customer Service (SAC)

Customers may contact the Customer Service team to resolve any questions, requests, or complaints related to their order or any content on the site. Customer Service is available by email: contacto@femmah.com

III. Delivery Policy

The delivery time is provided during the purchasing process and is calculated in business days. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, and in some exceptional cases, they may also be made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to verify the dimensions of the product and ensure compliance at the time of delivery.
  • Up to three delivery attempts will be made to the address provided, with an interval of up to 48 hours between each attempt.
  • A person over 18 years of age, with official identification, must be present at the address and authorized to receive the order.
  • If delivery is not completed within the scheduled delivery attempts, the order will be returned to our distribution center.

Once an order has been placed, it will not be possible to change the payment method, delivery address, or request priority deliveries.

Shipping may be free in specific cases, according to promotions announced on the site at the time of purchase.

The Store does not authorize carriers to:

  • Enter the client's home
  • Perform installations or maintenance
  • Open the product packaging
  • Deliver to addresses other than those provided
  • Deliver to minors or people without identification

The Store is not responsible for customs or tax holdups resulting from documents pending by the customer.

IV. Right of withdrawal

The customer may exercise their right of withdrawal without providing justification, in accordance with the terms and conditions established by the consumer protection laws in force in the country where the order was delivered.

To do so, the product must be unused, in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and accompanied by all accessories. The request must be submitted through our Customer Service Department within the applicable legal deadline.

Once we receive the product at our distribution center and verify its condition, we will issue a full refund.

For purchases made with a credit card, the refund will be requested from the corresponding operator and may be reflected on the next or subsequent bill, depending on the closing deadlines of each financial institution.

IV.I. Extended contractual right of return

In addition to the legal right of withdrawal, Femmah offers a period of up to 30 calendar days for returns for justified reasons such as defects or dissatisfaction, provided the product has not been used.

This benefit does not replace the legal right to a 5-business-day refund and is subject to the conditions set forth in our Exchange and Return Policy.

V. Customer Responsibilities

  • Correctly provide your contact and delivery information
  • Make sure you are available to receive the order or authorize someone to do so.
  • Check the integrity of the package upon receipt
  • Do not request refunds or returns outside the deadline or due to misuse of the product.

VI. Service Modifications

The Store reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions whenever it deems necessary. Any changes will be announced by posting them on this website.
