Exchanges and Returns

At Femmah, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you received a defective product or one that wasn't what you expected, we guarantee your right to an exchange or return under clear and fair conditions.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the Federal Consumer Protection Law, you can request the cancellation of your purchase and the return of the product within 5 business days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.

Defective product

If the product has a manufacturing defect, you can request an exchange or refund within 30 calendar days of receipt.
Contact us by email for instructions.
Our team will review the product upon receipt. If it meets the requirements, you can choose:

  1. Exchange for another product available in stock.
  2. Refund of the total amount paid.

Returns without prior notice, late returns, or products that do not arrive with all accessories and in good condition are not accepted.

Product malfunction

If you notice a malfunction after receiving the product, please send us an email with your name, order number, and reason. We will evaluate your request according to the above conditions.

Does the change have a cost?

If the reason is a defect or shipping error, all costs will be covered by the store.
If it is due to personal preference (model, color, size), shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Each application will be evaluated individually.

Delivery time of the new product

Once the change is approved, we will begin a new logistics process.
The new shipment will follow the same timeframe as a normal purchase: 7 to 45 business days.
You will receive a new tracking code by email.

Late application

No exchanges will be accepted outside of the 30 calendar day period from delivery.

Exchange for another product

If you wish to exchange for another product, please make sure that it is within the 7-day period and that the item is unused.
Send us an email with the link to the new product, color, and size.
If the value is higher, the difference will be paid. If it is lower, we will refund the difference.

Shipping costs for this type of exchange are the customer's responsibility.

Change of address

You can update your delivery address when you request a change.
We will not be able to modify it once the new shipment has been dispatched.

I want to cancel but the order has already been shipped.

You can refuse delivery when the product arrives.
Upon receiving it back at our warehouse, we will process a refund for the corresponding amount, provided the product is in perfect condition.

Final considerations

Used products, products damaged by misuse, products without packaging or original accessories are not accepted.
All requests must be made within the established deadlines and through the store's official channels.
We reserve the right to reject applications that do not comply with this policy.
